**  Just another Old Guy, huh?  Well, not really!  This is Dick Somalski.  Dick is a member of the Speed Skating Hall of Fame,
and is responsible for bugging the Bay City City Council long enough (a long time, I'm told) to get them to build this nice rink!
There is a large rock outside with a plaque about Dick dedicated at the 2000 U.S. Junior Championships.
